We have an enormous stain removal arsenal on hand, and the rigorously trained staff required to use it well. The Gadue’s process is a totally comprehensive one. The first step is gauging a piece of clothing’s full profile: its fabric, its history, the type of stain, and other pertinent details. We find out as much as we can from you during the initial appraisal. Then we make as many more measured assessments as it takes to decide on a course of action.
Our approach is dynamic—adjusted and redirected as it goes along. Unlike other dry cleaning companies, we don’t back down from a stain easily: We’ll try two or three different removal attempts before giving up. We proceed with the care and delicacy demanded of the specific fabric so we aren’t damaging the garment. We’ll use a technique here, a chemical there, and do our very best to banish that discoloration to history.
All the while, you can stay abreast of our work. We’ll keep you posted on our progress, and inform you as soon as possible if a stain looks too mighty even for our resources.
