For such special cases, Gadue’s offers the innovative Signature Service. We work closely with you while bringing all our skills to the table to ensure your garment receives the special care it deserves.
With Gadue’s Signature Service, you enjoy the most focused, intimate expression of our expertise. We know how much certain items of clothing mean, and we prove it with extra-special care and exclusive handling. We work one-on-one with you to design a course of action specific to your situation.
Whether it’s a garment that’s particularly hard to clean or one of delicate design, our Signature Service guarantees one of our most highly trained experts will attend to it exclusively. We’ll typically do most of the cleaning by hand, and we’ll carefully test all dyes and embellishments to be used in the process. Signature Service garments enjoy extremely controlled and gentle care involving low-temperature cleaning and drying and low-speed extraction.
Once it’s been cleaned and dried, we’ll press your premium garment by hand and finish it to your specifications and the fabric’s requirements. You’ll receive it back tenderly packaged with custom tissue paper, a custom hanger, and a special garment cover.
Throughout, we’ll closely inspect your item to make sure it’s completely protected during the process.
